Below are selected projects I have worked on with Commercial Real Estate Developers and Property Owners. I continue to draw on lessons learned from past projects which helps me to add value and achieve efficiency across a wide array of efforts. My years of experience in real estate development, construction and hospitality have been valuable and enjoyable.
The Beck in Haverhill, Massachusetts is a 290 unit mixed- use project including residential, restaurant and retail uses as part of a transit-oriented development.
My work focused primarily on a $136,000,000 debt & equity financing package along with an international capital markets team and the ownership group.

Brunswick Station
Brunswick Station in Brunswick, Maine is a 100,000sf ground-up mixed-use project including residential, medical, restaurant, education and civic uses as part of a transit-oriented development.
My work included $40,000,000 in construction and permanent financing as well as $1,800,000 in tax increment financing. I also was active in asset management and leasing initiatives.
White Elephant Resorts
An evolving collection of unique properties, my work included a focus on assets on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. Working with the property owner’s development team I managed multiple assignments in the areas of finance and accounting, property operations and management, and a re-positioning and renovation of a portfolio hotel and restaurant.
Chatham Bars Inn
Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Massachusetts is a 217 room resort property including multiple restaurants, amenities and hundreds of employees. In addition to my position as the Controller, I was instrumental in $20,000,000 of capital improvements including work in design, procurement, construction and IT systems.
Noble Kitchen & Bar
An award-winning restaurant within a hotel adjacent to Bowdoin College offering indoor and outdoor dining with seasonal farm-to-table offerings.
My work included design & procurement oversight, project financing and asset management.
